Manufacturing of high-reliability electronics for application like spacecraft payloads is the core strength of MES. We can take up end-to-end job starting with design of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) through component assembly including protective conformal coating and final package assembly. We have the expertise to design high-speed PCB layout with up to 38 layers with controlled impedance routing and signal integrity analysis. Our state of the art electronics assembly facility includes class 10,000 clean-room with class-100 laminar flow table to carry out critical assembly. Our facility including tools and operators are on the approved list of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) since year 1995. Till date MES has delivered more than 5000 assembled cards and systems to ISRO.
